TOPIC 2024 will be convened as an on-site meeting only.
Registration is only available via the Internet.
No cash will be accepted at the on-site reception desk during the coference, so please be sure to register before coming to the conference.

  • *1 Paramedicals must provide a certified document to prove the personal status.
  • *2 Student' is required to submit a certificate.
※Faculty members are not required to register.

Note the following when making your application

  • Preliminary registration completion and other information will be automatically sent by email, so be sure to include your email address.
  • Personal information will be responsibly managed and will be used to distribute information and email magazines.
  • Please send any changes in registered information directly to the office ( ) with the subject title "TOPIC 2024 registration".
  • Cancellations will not be accepted after registration to participate. Be careful not to register more than once because participation registration fees are not refundable.
  • Please note that, unfortunately, TOPIC can not obtain or give any advice regarding visas, travel itineraries etc., for overseas participants.

Application procedure

Fill in the online application form for participation registration.

※Paramedicals will be required to upload your certificate . You can proceed to the registration page after downloading and filling out the "Paramedical Identification (PDF version)" and uploading it to the application page.

Confirm information on the entry form and go to the online payment procedure for participation (by credit card only).


When you have completed participation registration and payment, an automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address.


You will find your [Registration Number], [Password], and [My Page URL] in the automatic e-mail.
You can log in to 【My Page】 from the automatic email. Please print out the 【QR code】 displayed on 【My Page】 and bring it to the registration desk.

※ Your name tag and receipt will be provided at the registration desk.

※ Simultaneous interpretation will be provided via ZOOM(Hall A. Please bring your own PC or phone and earphones.
